Yes. Listed prices exclude VAT and follow our 2026 price list. Add items to your cart and pay by credit/debit card or PromptPay right away. Items that need special freight, or have no price online, are ordered by quotation instead.
Add the products to your cart, click “Request a quotation (business)” and fill in your company and contact details. We'll email you a PDF quotation instantly — ideal for organizations that need paperwork for purchasing.
It depends on parcel size and the delivery province, and is calculated when you enter your address at checkout. Shipping is free when your items total THB 10,000 before VAT. Full rates are on the shipping & returns page.
Yes. We are VAT-registered (7%). Company/organization orders get a full tax invoice; personal orders get an abbreviated tax invoice, emailed after payment.
Every quotation is valid for 30 days from the date it's issued.
Yes. Our own in-house team handles installation, calibration and maintenance — no outsourcing.
